Yale Center for Sleep Disturbance in Acute and Chronic Conditions Principal Investigators Nancy Redeker, PhD, RN, FAHA, FAAN, and Henry Klar Yaggi, MD, MPH, were featured in a WNPR article about the United States Navy schedule change and how it affects sleep health.

Dr.’s Yaggi and Redeker provided insight into how late night work shifts can adversely affect the health of individuals. They also suggested ways to improve the sleep for individuals who have to work abnormal hours.
